The 12 volt DC Battery Adapter Cable by Respironics attaches to any battery with alligator style battery clips. This 12 volt DC Battery Adapter Cable enables you to connect the 12 Volt DC Power Cord  to a free standing battery. A 15 amp fuse is installed for safety.

A 12 Volt DC Power Cord is required to run a Respironics CPAP machine from a free standing battery. Only attach to a battery that is NOT attached to anything else.
