The Archimed™ 637 Spinal Brace uses a compound pulley system to comfortably and easily provide support and stability needed during treatment of injuries and diseases of the lower spine.

Pulley-Lace Closure System
This Archimed 637 Spinal Brace uses a pulley-lace closure system for a 6 to 1 mechanical advantage for adding support. The pulley-lace closure system automatically adjusts to your body size and shape and will never come off track.

Multiple Panel Design
In order to easily create intra-abdominal pressure and restrict coronal and sagittal plane motion, anterior, lateral and posterior panels were added. These panels work together with the pulley-lace closure design.
